MA, Counselling Psychology

Registered Psychologist · Edmonton
I believe every person has an inherent capacity for growth and change, even when life has made that hard to feel. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of what you're carrying and find a way forward.
I'm a Registered Psychologist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology, and I've worked across private practice, community mental health, and academic settings.

My approach
No two people are the same, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all method. I combine evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centred approach, and I'll always explain the “why” behind the work we do.
I draw on EMDR, CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Self-Regulation Therapy, and mindfulness, bringing in what fits your goals, not the other way around.
