Care that understands the culture

First responders and healthcare workers face cumulative, repeated exposure to critical incidents, a different kind of trauma than a single event. Garrett understands the culture of service: the stigma, the armour, and the cost of always being the strong one.

Therapy is direct, confidential, and free of judgment. The goal is to help you keep doing work that matters without it quietly eroding your health, your relationships, or your sense of self.

Evidence-based trauma treatment

Garrett uses EMDR, a frontline PTSD treatment, alongside Somatic Experiencing and nervous-system regulation to process operational stress injuries and reduce hypervigilance, intrusive memories, and reactivity.

Coverage is available through Veterans Affairs Canada, the RCMP, and most major insurers, and sessions are fully online to fit around shift schedules.
